The symposium will not take place in June 2020, but will be held in autumn 2020. The new date has not yet been fixed.

​The meeting will discuss current technical advances in pathogen genomics in the context of one Health – in particular aspects of antibiotic resistance and transmission between environments, animals and humans. The aim is to foster a discussion between epidemiologists, microbiologists, data scientist, public health and infectious disease experts. 

Postponed! Symposium: One Health meets Sequencing 2.0

The NRP 72 aims to develop measures to stop the spread of microorganisms that are resistant to antibiotics and to improve treatment.
